Mpower Ideation was officially founded in 2011. After moonlighting for five years, Monica quit her day job to devote herself fully to Mpower Ideation and her family. Monica is an award-winning designer with more than 19 years of experience. She is a mom, wife, creative entrepreneur, tennis enthusiast, and avid cyclist.
